This QSL letter is from RTF in Paris for a in mid 1953 report on its special French language transmission to Canada. RTF did not have an English transmission to North America. As noted in the letter, there was one from Radio Brazzaville on 11.970 MHz from 2105 to 2300 GMT daily.
